STORMY NIGHT
He was staring blankly into the midnight sky, his stare absent and a
little clouded, as he was deep in his thoughts. He sat, cross-legged on his
bed, carelessly covered with some blanket he found in the wardrobe. The weather
that night was pretty nasty, as the strong wind was blowing, making the branches
of the trees to creak from the effort they were putting in not falling off; the
beautiful, full moon that could be seen earlier that evening was now hidden
under the thick, dark clouds that covered the night sky, making it look not
charming, but gloomy. To make it worse, it now started to rain, staining the
windowpane with it's drops, and making it almost impossible to see anything
outside. Somewhere in the dark of the night a thunderbolt sounded through the
damp air, and the window trembled a little from the low growl of the incoming
storm. He flinched a little unconsciously, when the next lightning flashed in the window, followed by the low and loud thunder. It wasn't the best weather he could have wished for, but it wasn't bad either. In some weird way, it was perfectly in sync with his mood right now. For normal people he was interacting with, he was pretty calm and composed on the outside - forgiving, but also determined, like the calm before the storm. On the inside whatsoever, he wasn't like that at all. His voice was like roaring of the thunder, screaming at people and begging them to stop seeing him like they wanted to see him, and just help him.
Yes, he was the Boss of one of the most powerful Italian famiglias. Yes, he was prepared to kill in order to protect his family. No, he wasn't a monster. And that last sentence was making everything worse ten thousand times. Because he wasn't a monster, he was silently mourning over the lost lives. Because he knew love, he felt sorry for the families of the people he had to kill. Because he felt fear, he couldn't sleep at night. Life was really hard for him, but he didn't want to trouble his family with his worries. He didn't want them to know his fears, but at the same time, he wanted them to notice. To notice and help him, help him out of this nightmare with their warm words of comfort. But he knew it wouldn't happen any time soon. They took him as a real macho man, who wasn't afraid to do things to achieve his goals - in some way, they thought of him as a cruel being, and he didn't have enough courage to say otherwise. He couldn't say he was weak, that wasn't the point - he was strong and hardworking, but he wasn't an emotionless being that everyone thought he was. When he met Zelo, he thought he finally found someone, who was able to see through his many masks and tell his real personality. But the young boy was too immersed in what he was seeing - the fearless, scary man that was his stepfather, to notice who he really was. His heart once again started to sink, overpowered by the cruel and cold loneliness. He wanted to believe he didn’t deserve it, but he knew really well it was otherwise.
With a loud sigh he lied on his bed, rolling a bit to the side and hiding his face under the blanket, it’s warm feeling making him a little dizzy and sleepy, but too little to make the pain go away.
He shifted again to the other side when a bolt made him jump a little in surprise even under the cover, and closed his eyes, trying to fall asleep. He really wanted this night to be over, but his mind once again showed him a picture he couldn’t get away out of his mind.
A picture of a pretty, delicate raven haired young man flashed in his mind, and he couldn’t suppress the almost invisible smile that appeared on his face. Kim Himchan. The man who suddenly showed up in his life and turned everything upside down. Yongguk should have been pissed off at him, even hate him for that. But he couldn’t. All his family, including himself, started almost instantly to treat him like a family member. They did it without a single thought about the whole matter, and Yongguk thought, that despite the whole situation, it was beautiful.
For once,
when he was beside the beautiful creature, he felt happy, really happy, and at
peace of some sort. He felt like something in his heart was finally full, and
he had the impression Himchan wasn’t looking at him like he was afraid of him.
Quite contrary, maybe at first he was a little bit reluctant, but it was
obvious he wasn’t scared of him in a bad way, he didn’t see him as a monster.
And it made him even more beautiful for Yongguk.
He started
to hum quietly to himself some old melody he heard somewhere in attempt to lull
himself to sleep; his voice, low and quiet, was like the echo of the storm
outside. The weather outside even worsened, as the centre of the storm seemed
to move closer, but Yongguk wasn’t really bothered by it anymore.
At long
last, a warm feeling started to spread across his limbs, and a blissful
numbness started to take over his body. His eyelids were heavy like iron, and
the only thing that was left in his mind was an embarrassed smile of Himchan,
when he finally let him go out of his embrace.
He drifted
off into sleep, his brows still furrowing a little, but at the same time a
small smile could be seen on his face.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
A loud
growl of thunder on the other side of the window woke him up, and he stirred,
ripped out of his peaceful slumber. Still really sleepy, he looked outside;
seeing how the strong wind was trying to take with himself the tree that was
beside his room, and the lashing rain that was trying to break the glass into
pieces, Himchan threw on himself the sheets that were scattered somewhere on
the floor due to his weird sleeping positions, and tried to fall asleep once more.
After five minutes of listening to the sounds outside the window, he knew it
was impossible right now. The sounds were too loud and in some way scary for
him to fall once more into sleep, and to top it all, he felt he had to pee. Really
bad.
Malignant Mother Nature... he thought, grumbling something
under his nose, sliding off of the bed and trying to find some shoes to put on,
before going to the bathroom. After a few seconds of searching with his eyes
still shut tightly, he gave up, and went out of the room, stumbling on some
things on his way.
After a few
blissful minutes he walked out of the bathroom, feeling like a newborn child.
Really sleepy, newborn child. With his eyes still closed, stumbling on the
sheets that he was dragging on the floor, he finally reached the door to his
room. Without any further thoughts (if he had any at this hour and in this
state), he walked in and threw himself on the bed, snuggling with pleasure to
the big, soft pillow with a angelic smile on his lips, breathing in the
heavenly smell of it. To think about it more, he didn’t know his pillow smelled
so good. And was so warm.
Maybe he
should think about this situation some more, but it was too good for him do to
anything. Who would want to destroy such a great moment?
Still with
a smile, Himchan managed to finally fall asleep, oblivion to the person looking
at him with a surprised expression on it’s face.
*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Yongguk
woke up, when something really big decided to hug him tightly, murmuring words
of contentment under it’s nose and fall asleep in the next second. For a few
silent minutes he was lying there, dumbfounded. It couldn’t be Zelo- the storm
was one of the few things he wasn’t afraid of. He turned his head a little to
the side, trying to look at the person’s face, not waking her up at the same
time.
Truth to be
told, he could even jump on the bed at that moment, because when Himchan falls
asleep, he’s like a dead man.
The room
was so dark he couldn’t even spot his own hand, but if it was Zelo, his blonde
hair would contrast, only if a little, with the darkness. Because he couldn’t
see anything, only pitch black, he assumed it must have been Himchan. Beside
him and Junhong, there was no one else in his apartment, and no one from his famiglia would walk in here with no
invitation. He leaned a little more to smell something, that he assumed was
hair. When a sweet scent of almond filled his nose, he was sure it was the
pretty raven lying by his side, snuggled up in the sheets with his face buried
in Yongguk’s chest.
But the
next question is, why was he here? He didn’t seem to be scared at all, seeing
how he was sleeping peacefully not minding the storm outside. Maybe he was a
lunatic? He was wandering around the apartment in his sleep, and finally, when
he felt tired, he went to the room that was the closest? And maybe, he just got
the rooms wrong when he was returning from the bathroom. For Yongguk the last option
was the most convincing, as his and Himchan’s rooms were just beside each
other, and if you were really tired, it would be possible to mistake them.
Delicately,
he tried to free himself from the bear hug and the head, that was resting on
his chest. Not that it was making him feel uncomfortable, the opposite. His body felt warm, and feeling
the young man’s soft, peaceful breathing on his neck, alongside with a nice
scent of almonds that was coming from him, made the fearless Boss’s pants to
shrink a little, as something else was growing bigger. He bit his lower lip
hard, when Himchan, unhappy at the movement, murmured something in his sleep,
one of his hands going lower down the man’s body, probably in search for
something to cover himself with more.
The blonde
stopped breathing there for a moment, praying silently to God for the raven’s
hand to stop before THAT point. He sighed with relief (or maybe
disappointment...?) when Himchan stopped and rested his hand on the man’s
abdomen, spreading his fingers widely, like he was trying to measure something with
it.
He was
planning to get up and bring Himchan to his bedroom, but for now it was
impossible. One could say, why he didn’t just wake him up and tell him to go to
the other room? Well, he didn’t do it for a couple of reasons. Firstly, it
wasn’t really that bad, in fact, it felt incredibly good to have someone
snuggled to your side, especially if it is someone you like. Secondly, he was
feeling fucking lonely, and the man was making him feel warm, not only on the
outside; his insides were slowly melting too, even if the whole situation was
only a misunderstanding. Thirdly, it would be really troublesome right now to
explain everything to half asleep Himchan, who might have feel a little
rejected (if he did it specially, of course), and Yongguk wasn’t liking the
idea of this at all. And lastly, waking him up would surely end in turning the
lights on, and it would definitely reveal Yongguk’s embarrassing state he was
in right now.
So, he
choose the last option. He covered himself and Himchan with the sheets some
more, and closed his eyes, hearing despite the low growls of thunder a pleased
murmur just beside his ear. Falling asleep in the state, where his heart was
racing like it was about to burst out of his chest and his lower regions were
trying really hard to get his attention wasn’t so easy, as it was when he
thought about it. Then, the next option popped up in his head, but he almost
instantly threw it out of his mind. He wasn’t sure what the raven would do if
he tried to have sex with him, and in this particular moment, he wasn’t really
willing to know it.
Right when
he felt how his mind finally was able to drift away, a quiet whisper made him
return to reality.
- Mmm...
Yongguk – a little moan escaped the lips, and the said man once more froze,
feeling how the forgotten hand of Himchan started to go slowly even lower down
his abdomen, and his cock twitched in anticipation.
The
fearless Boss of one of the most powerful mafia famiglias in Italy, gulped loudly, feeling sweat slowly going down
his face.
It seemed
Himchan was having a wet dream.
A wet dream
about him, Bang Yongguk.
And to make
it worse, he was getting really touchy during that dreams...
The weather
outside calmed down, the storm was somewhere else now, and there was nothing,
that could snap the raven out of his fantasies.
A next,
this time louder, moan could be heard, as the slim, long fingers reached the brim of his boxers.
It was
going to be a long night...
